What is SPUP-EEC?

The SPUP Entrepreneurship and Employment Center (SPUP-EEC) supports the development of entrepreneurial skills and fosters employment opportunities of students in the University. The Center serves as a hub for resources, training, and networking opportunities that can help students start their own businesses or find employment.

What is SPUP-EEC for?

1.Supporting Entrepreneurship

The SPUP-EEC aims to promote entrepreneurship by providing aspiring student-entrepreneurs with the necessary tools and resources to start and grow their own businesses. This includes training programs, mentorship opportunities, access to funding, and networking events.

2. Facilitating job creation:

The SPUP-EEC facilitates job creation by connecting employers with job seekers. It provides a platform for employers to advertise job openings and for job seekers to explore employment opportunities. It also offers job readiness training and skills development programs to enhance employability.

3. Fostering innovation and collaboration:

The SPUP-EEC seeks to foster innovation and collaboration by bringing together entrepreneurs from diverse industries and backgrounds. It serves as a space where entrepreneurs can exchange ideas, share knowledge and experiences, and collaborate on projects.

4. Promoting economic growth:

The SPUP-EEC aims to contribute to the overall economic growth of the community. By supporting entrepreneurship and job creation, the Center helps stimulate local economic activity, generate new revenue streams, and reduce unemployment rates.
